No actual Mt. Fuji is seen but look closely: Hokusai has hidden Mt. Fuji's shape in the mountains of snow being shoveled, on the hats, and on the rooftops.

First frame: The mimicry of Mt. Fuji is found in the details.

Second frame: The small boy is carrying bottles of hot sake, which I imagined arriving safely to a warm home, steaming up the window's view of Mt. Fuji.

Double frame: The figures in Hokusai's scene looked cold and unfriendly. I wondered if they started talking, would the warmth of friendship lessen their cold?
